Hydrological Hostilities
An short educational adventure about a conflict over water resources in a fictional country.

You want to understand the concerns of the Farzin Brotherhood, so you decide to negotiate with them despite the risks. You take a team of diplomats to the city that serves as their base of operations. The guards find you incredibly suspicious, and attempt to threaten you a few times, but they eventually agree to let you meet one of their leaders. This leader tells you the group's demands: fair water access for rural citizens, improved sanitation, and an immediate end to government corruption.

Talk about a tall order. Is there really a peaceful way to root out corruption? The president certainly won't do anything about it unless he's forced to, but you can't exactly encourage the Brotherhood to get rid of him... what should you do?
